We have created an entirely stainless machine steel to produce ice flakes equipped with a high cooling power. It is a producing unit designed and built to be placed on top of the refrigerating room or silos to supply, with the ice falling, the interior. It is a complete machine ready to use composed of a refrigeration system and a evaporator unit assembled and installed adjacent on a stainless steel frame.
